Taoyuan Airport Transfer|Taiwan Chartered Tours – Important Information
1Waiting Time at Taoyuan Airport
  • The free waiting time starts from the actual flight arrival time displayed on the airport signboard and lasts for 90 minutes
  • Beyond 90 minutes, an overtime waiting fee of NT$100 per 15 minutes will apply.
Average Clearance Times:
  • Business/First Class (Express Clearance & Priority Baggage): Approx. 20 minutes
  • Regular Passengers: 25–60 minutes
  • Passengers with Small Children: 40–80 minutes
  • Taiwanese Passengers without Checked Baggage: About 15 minutes
Additional Notes:
  • Passengers with special procedures or commitments should inform customer service when booking to extend the estimated customs clearance time.
  • The estimated waiting time includes quarantine procedures, SIM card applications, currency exchange, duty-free shopping, and restroom use.
2 Dedicated Point-to-Point Transfers (Including Airport Drop-off)
  • Vehicles will arrive on time or earlier.
  • Free waiting time: Scheduled time + 15 minutes. After 15 minutes,NT$100 per additional 15 minutes will be charged.
  • Same-day itinerary changes are not guaranteed. The driver will try to accommodate but cannot ensure availability.
  • Passenger limits:
    • Small vehicles: 2–3 passengers
    • Large vehicles: Maximum of 8 passengers
    • Note: Infants and young children count as passengers.
Additional Services:
  • Stops for shopping or picking up/dropping off additional passengers: + NT$100 per stop.
  • Forgotten items requiring a return trip or additional stops: Pricing is determined based on distance and time.
3Time-Based Charters

Rates include fuel and toll fees but exclude driver accommodation fees (if applicable).

4Same-Day Vehicle Requests

Due to pre-arranged schedules, same-day or last-minute bookings may incur a handling fee of NT$100–NT$300 .

Availability is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

5Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made3 days before 12 PM are free of charge.

Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the trip may incur a charge of 50% of the fare to compensate the driver.

6Unexpected Situations or Delays

In case of unforeseen events such as road closures or vehicle issues, we will:

  • Point-to-Point Transfers: Cover the difference in taxi fare up to the full amount of the booking.
  • PChartered Services: Discuss adjustments with you; charges will not exceed 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Refund any deposits for incomplete trips.
7Additional Fees
  • Late-Night Charges: Driving between 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM: + NT$100
  • Child Safety Seats:
    • Booster seat or standard child safety seat: + NT$200
    • Rear-facing safety seat: + NT$400
  • Luggage Handling (Stairs): + NT$200 (Varies by luggage size, building height, and parking convenience)
  • Designated Vehicle/Driver: + NT$200 (Subject to availability)
  • Additional Stops: + NT$100 per stop
  • Highway 5 Congestion or Mountain Routes: + NT$100
  • Hehuanshan Snow Driving: + NT$1,500 (Includes snow chain fees and hazardous driving conditions)
  • Lunar New Year Surcharge:
    • Point-to-point transfers: + NT$600
    • Half-day charters: + NT$1,000
    • Full-day charters: + NT$2,000
